“Updated: Friday, November 28 2014, 08:16 PM CST SAN ANTONIO — Our Talking Tech team took a look forward to an app under development to help our veterans who are battling mental health issues. Local app developer Cynthia Lynn Phelps is working on what she is calling Recovery Coach. It aims to help those battling schizophrenia by teaching them about the illness, helping them track the symptoms, and cope along with tracking medication. The app is still under development. Phelps said it should be ready for the Veterans Administration to release by the middle of next year.
